Have you filled an upstream bug for this issue? It works for me just fine: nelchael@s-lappy ~$ hg clone http://selenic.com/repo/hg tmp-hg-repo requesting all changes adding changesets adding manifests adding file changes added 13459 changesets with 26502 changes to 1970 files updating to branch default 870 files updated, 0 files merged, 0 files removed, 0 files unresolved nelchael@s-lappy ~$ hg tip -q --cwd ./tmp-hg-repo/ 13458:9f2c407caf34 And yes -- that's the last revision in this repo. i am using smart-live-rebuild but it tries everytime to download all again from server because its thinking mercurila dont have the latest revision tman: please provide full build log.
