*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 347095 *** Unmerging autogen does it. For the "configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh ./config.sub" part this is a duplicate of Bug #347095. BUT: It still needs an installed automake, else it fails with "Failed Running aclocal". But now automake-1.11 also works, so I request removing the WANT_AUTOMAKE="none" line. This bug affects not only python-2.7, but all versions I tried. These are: 2.6.6-r2, 2.7.1-r1 and 3.1.3-r1 Upgrading to the last autogen version resolve the same proble for me. This happens with dev-lang/python-2.7.2-r2 too. Created attachment 283011 [details]
