Endlessly repeated message about blocking during the build of the package.
libtool: compile: Waiting for --shave-mode=compile.o.lock to be removed


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1 =media-libs/libsndfile-1.0.23
2. wait until you finish the build process


Actual Results:  
libtool: compile: Waiting for --shave-mode=compile.o.lock to be removed
message show endlessly

Expected Results:  
The build is completed successfully.

Without disttsts the same result.
The old version of 1.0.21 is also refusing to meet, try to understand, apparently, the problem occurs only on my host.

The problem is that the package is not compiling with
FEATURES="parallel-fetch"
