Just minor bit of cleanup; versions 1.4, and 1.4.1 (from '07 roughly) have preplib calls which are long since unneeded here, and undesired for ebuilds to be invoking (it's archaic namely)- evidenced by 1.4.2 dropping it.

Basically they're the last remenants in the tree of preplib- remove the preplib invocations please.

Few things to note; the versions in question are from '06 and '04.   1.4.2 was added to the tree in '08, never stabilized however- 1.4.2 doesn't have the offending calls either.

Further kicker, nothing explicitly deps on 1.4/1.4.1, just on a stable version.
