running java-config 1.1.5

the java-config utility does not seem to take into account the RMI rmic,rmiregistry tools that are packaged with a selected jvm. Instead
using a default install, gentoo picks up the gcc rmic and rmiregistry
(if they are installed).

The gcc rmiregistry doesn't seem to always get along with sun jdk 1.4.2.02
code is how i noticed this.

I just fixed my path but other people might run into similar issues.
