(La)TeX editors such as Kile provide a handy quick route to the necessary documentation in case it can be found in a single texmf doc subtree (often /usr/share/texmf/doc/). This is not the case, e.g., for outside-of-texlive packages such as pgf and g-ctan packages.

Try to use Kile's Documentation Browser for e.g., pgf docs

Could not find "
