xen-tools-4.0.1 are not compatible with linux-headers-2.6.36.1

in order to compile xen-tools linux-headers must be downgraded to match xen-sources version 2.6.34

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.update linux-headers to 2.6.36.1
2.try emerging xen-tools

Actual Results:  
compile failure

Expected Results:  
installation of xen-tools

Also appears many mirrors are missing gentoo-headers-2.6.34-1.tar.lzma thankfully I had a copy still on another machine. Just odd for something to be in portage, but sources not available on mirrors.
