The Ebuild is fine, but here is the ChangeLog

I believe it is Gentoo Policy to only permit "Gentoo Foundation" as a copyright holder for both ebuilds and Changelog files in tree.

And I'm unsure if "Gentoo Technologies, Inc" is a real company, or its just an input error.

Sadly, if this is another company, to remedy this legally, the only thing I think you can do is delete the entire ChangeLog file and start over :(

But the alternative is having a foreign body having copyright over Gentoo files.
