Description Andrey Kislyuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-02-03 00:25:10 UTC
Please stabilize sci-biology/abyss-1.2.5.
 Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams
Comment 1 Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-02-03 08:06:09 UTC
No 1.2.5 version on tree. I guess you mean 1.2.3
Comment 2 Andrey Kislyuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-02-04 18:46:29 UTC
Yes, sorry
Comment 3 Paweł Hajdan, Jr. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-02-07 14:28:17 UTC

AMD64 VM

emerge =sci-biology/abyss-1.2.3
Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "dev-cpp/sparsehash" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- dev-cpp/sparsehash-1.5.2 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)
- dev-cpp/sparsehash-1.1 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)

(dependency required by "sci-biology/abyss-1.2.3" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "=sci-biology/abyss-1.2.3" [argument])

should i open the masked file or leave this as is or open a new bug?
Comment 5 Markos Chandras (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2011-02-11 13:03:39 UTC
Blain, no, we stabilize the dependencies without opening new bugs ( unless there is a special package ). amd64 done. Thank you guys
