gnome-base/gnome-applets 2.32.1.1 can not add volume control applet to gnome-panel .

when I run gnome-volume-control in gnome-terminal , I get nothing. 

Sometimes when starting gnome , applet glipper meets an error and ask me if delete it . 

How to do with it ?

Same as bug #353388 - provide all the info we might need to reproduce the problem, your `emerge --info' output and proper steps to reproduce.

I remove ~/.pulse and start gnome again , now it is ok.
It is about pulseaudio
