New ebuilds.

mixxx-1.8.2   -- current version.
portmidi-217  -- portmidi+porttime is now a requirement for mixxx.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
These build (with quite some warnings).



Some snags still:
mixxx calls bzr somewhere from the build script
(Previous patches seem to be applied allready)
I kept the 1.4.1 internal soundtouch

If you do not know about the inner workings of Gentoo and what the arch teams (x86 and amd64 in this case) do, please refrain from ccing anybody yourself, you got it wrong.
