In the src_unpack() function, the tar command is:
tar zxf ${DISTDIR}/thunderbird-source-${PV}.tar.bz2
but should be:
tar jxf ${DISTDIR}/thunderbird-source-${PV}.tar.bz2
After changing this, and modifying the file size in the digest file, the build worked.
I can't download enigmail-0.82.4.tar.gz at all. But that fix seems to work, but I changed the md5sum in addition to the filesize. Created attachment 21845 [details]
