You might have a reason for not having ibus-support in kimpanel but I could not find anything about it. I tried to modify the ebuild myself, but I can't find any build instructions about it. I only know that kimpanel has ibus-support but it is not build on Gentoo.

Well I cant find any install instructions either.

This is not going anywhere. Missing a lack of instructions, resolving as CANTFIX.
