which tool do you use for mute/unmute ? I use alsamixergui to control the Audigy. I have found, while using gnome-alsamixer, that if I select MIX (which is unselectable in alsamixergui), I can then mute the Line In. This allows Line in to be captured and played back with the proper delay for MythTV. However, the slider bars for Line In and Mic still have no bearing upon the signal level.
