CTRL-+ zooming doesn't work after start, but
it starts to work just after clicking
View -> Zoom -> Zoom-in 

My actual version of Thb is 3.1.7, but it was screwed on older versions too.
The same problem occures on (k)Ubuntu.

Reproducible: Always

If the same happens on another distro please feel free to push it upstream then cc mozilla on the upstream bug report.
