Current latest ebuild is 1.0.12 while the latest official release is 1.0.16.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look in /usr/portage/www-servers/cherokee/ for newer ebuild
2. Be disappointed

Actual Results:  
1.0.12 is the newest

Expected Results:  
1.0.16 should be the newest
