beware that qingy cvs can be broken
use regular qingy instead!!

for those that love living dangerosly (or just helping developers): enjoy! :)

btw I set in dependencies regular qingy as a block. probably not necessary, but
I feel better with it

don't think it's necessary to explain what tto do with the ebuild (if you want
to use a cvs ebuild you should already know ;)

Unless there's a very compelling reason, live cvs ebuilds aren't added to
portage.
