Tested and ok (stable candidates):
gnome-extra/at-spi-1.3.7
gnome-extra/gok-0.8.4

Tested and bad (candidates for -sparc):
gnome-extra/gnome-speech-0.2.7 (gets a blackdown jdk internal error, only version available)
gnome-extra/gnopernicus-0.7.1 (depends on gnome-speech)

newer versions work, i've ~sparced this:

gnome-extra/at-spi-1.3.8
gnome-extra/gok-0.9.1
gnome-extra/gnome-speech-0.2.8
gnome-extra/gnome-mag-0.10.4
gnome-extra/gnopernicus-0.7.1-r1

remember to emerge festival in order to get a speech server.
this thing show up in applications -> accessibility, please test more.
