1. chroot into a fresh stage3-amd64-hardened-20101230.tar.bz2
2. # emerge sync && emerge mirrorselect
3. # mirrorselect

Guys, please stabilize =app-portage/mirrorselect-2.1.0-r3. The differences between -r2 and -r3 are:
EAPI bumped from 2 to 3.
Added the missing python_convert_shebangs to ensure only python 2.x will be used.
