Sleepycat released 4.2.50 recently and I attempted to upgrade the ebuild for it. I left the patch handling lines in there but removed the actual patches for 4.1.25 (they don't seem to be relevant any more?). I also added a debug use flag to build a debug version of the library.

One thing that would be nice would be the ability to run the test suite. I wasn't sure what USE flag to use for that, and it's beyond my ability at the moment to figure out the paths to get it to run, but if someone will help me through it I will take a swing at it.
