In gamerlay-stable is only games-arcade/openggs-0.111

Please add a new ebuild to gamerlay-stable and Portage.

Actual Results:  
Only Version games-arcade/openggs-0.111 is in Overlay gamerlay-stable which is quite old. Only ~x86 keywords.

Expected Results:  
New Version games-arcade/openggs-0.145 in Overlay gamerlay-stable and Portage.
Please add ~amd64 keywords. Works good on amd64 System.
