Looking through cups configure script, it only uses libgcrypt in conjunction with gnutls. When ssl support is added via openssl, libgcrypt is not linked against.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-print/cups with USE="ssl -gnutls"


Actual Results:  
dev-libs/libgcrypt is installed

Expected Results:  
dev-libs/libgcrypt is not installed

Should be just a matter of moving dev-libs/libgcrypt RDEPEND into ssl? + gnutls? conditional section.
