While trying to update my system x11-libs/vdpau-video fails to upgrade from 0.7.2 >> 0.7.3_pre2. The connection keeps timing out. The host referenced in the ebuild "http://www.splitted-desktop.com" seems to be down. I tried to pull it up in firefox thinking maybe the source file just didnt exist but the host dont respond period.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sync portage tree on and ~$ARCH keyworded system
2.attempt to upgrade x11-libs/vdpau-video
3.watch as the connection times out 3 times in a row then fails
