There isn't any new version of either, and the current version is still called synergy-plus. Please reopen when there's something to do or when a bump is needed. Please reopen when there's something to do or when a bump is > needed. > There is no new version but the fact to have two reference for the same project is a little bit ennoying for the end user. As an example the ebuild quicksynergy from sunrise overlay have a reference only to synergy. The ebuild qsynergy (not in overlay) depends on ( || synergy synergy-plus ), as in fact, it is the same. A bit confusing. So it should be a great idea to remove synergy from the portage tree and keep only snergy-plus. Even no new version doesn't mean, in my opinion, that there is nothing to do. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 335723 *** |
