amd_f77cross test fails

reopen as it was enabled again and it still fails. Sébastien, why did you put it in again? It is failing over and over again. Problem is that the output is correct but the order of the output depends on the system. And couldn't find a systematic in it. Please remove it again.

okay, I investigated the changes and it seems al right now. please sync and reopen if not fixed.
And consider setting FFLGAS. And lower the optimization in your C/CXXFLAGS.
