The CPUFREQ_{24,25,ACPI} variables should be moved to /etc/conf.d/cpudyn from the /etc/init.d/cpudyn script. My compaq n800v laptop has its acpi cpu information in /proc/acpi/processor/C000/<filename> and it would be much nicer to edit the CPUFREQ_ACPI variable in a config file instead of the startup script.
