After the cleanup we should have:
 - two versions of mod_caucho (stable and unstable)
 - two versions of resin (stable and unstable)
 - three versions of resin-servlet-api:
   - SLOT=2.5: one stable (3.1.10)
   - SLOT=3.0: two versions (stable and unstable)

Current plan is to stabilize 4.0.13 around middle January, afterwards cleanup any old ebuild.
