media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20070114, media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20080317, media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20100223 ebuild overwrites dvbscan with scan in install phase (i.e. after installing to image directory before merge to live filesystem)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge \>media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20060917

Actual Results:  
dvbscan is installed as only 'scan' utility

Expected Results:  
scan and dvbscan to be installed

media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.1.20060917 is unaffected as dvbscan is not included with this version. All later versions seem to be affected (public rsync)

rename scan to scan-dvb

patches ALL versions of media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-apps (so as to be uniform) to rename scan to scan-dvb so installed package provides dvbscan as well as the renamed scan
