Since xvid-1.0.0beta has been released, it's IMHO a good time to submit this ebuild for xvid4conf, a graphical configuration-tool for the new xvid4-API and transcode.
Works for me, but only tested on x86.
I suggest media-video/xvid4conf.

If this is just for th XVid4-API, I'd suggest to change the dependencies to ">=media-libs/xvid-1.*" and not just plain "media-libs/xvid"

Updated xvid4conf ebuild

Corrected the xvid-1.0 dependancy and bumped to the current version.
