A bug? Whom to tell? > Not a bug. The search for bugs doesn't search closed bugs by default. For that you would have to do "ALL tk-8.5.9" in the search box. I've never come across the homepage because I've bookmarked the search and submit form and used the "Step 1 of 3 - has your bug already been reported?" to look for duplicates until now. Maybe a similar note there could prevent duplicates.
