Stack trace
Have you rebuilt any of the Qt packages since you last built amarok? Did you update gcc version after building amarok? If so, please try rebuilding all of Qt, kdelibs and then amarok. I wasn't sure whether I had done that, so I rebuilt qt, then kdelibs, then amarok. This doesn't seem to have solved the problem. My stack trace is sightly more detailed though. I'm adjusting the priority of the bug as this is not a "critical" issue. I've asked amarok developers to take a look at this bug. Can you please test amarok-2.4.0 or amarok-2.4.0.90 that I hope to add to the tree in a few hours? I have just installed amarok-2.4.0.90 and started it up about 10 times with no segfaults so far. I noticed before that the behaviour was somewhat "streaky", so I'm reluctant to say the issue is definitely gone, but it's looking good so far. I'm going to leave this bug open until we mark 2.4.0 stable. (In reply to comment #7) > I'm going to leave this bug open until we mark 2.4.0 stable. ... and now it is stable. |
