Ok, I've just tried out this version and it seems to have problems with absolute/relative mode for the cursor, so I'm not going to bump it yet. I'm afraid I don't have time to investigate it at the moment, but I'll try to do a git bisection when the holidays start. *** Bug 350398 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I just tried 10.10 myself and can confirm that it still has some serious issues. There are a few fixed that are already available (e.g. scrolling wheel) but aren't yet commited for some reason (not even in GIT) I'd like to propose an additional change to the ebuild. The xf86-input-wacom package includes 50-wacom.conf which goes in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ . It contains the udev autodetection rules. Perhaps this file can automatically be installed by the ebuild. Perhaps my method isn't the most elegant, but I'll post the build from my local overlay as an example. Created attachment 265103 [details]
