It would be nice if the courier-imap package would include an init.d script to start the pop3 daemon that is compiled and installed with this packge.

I just commited courier-imap-1.4.5-r1, it includes new init scripts.

Both of the new scripts have a need dependency on authdaemond which does not
exist in /etc/init.d

My fault, I forgot to add the one line to copy the authdaemond to /etc/init.d
