Can you please run that OOPS through 'ksymoops' please? $> emerge ksymoops $> ksymoops < file_containing_your_OOPS > file_containing_your_output ... and * paste * file_containing_your_output into bugzilla ? Can you please do this on the faulty kernel. Created attachment 21436 [details]

What sound hardware are you using? This is an onboard nForce2 MCP audio device on a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2. try using the i810_audio driver (or better yet, use snd-intel8x0 from alsa) instead of the closed source, impossible to debug nvaudio driver |
