This is caused by the exec statement in /usr/sbin/ts3server. Either remove it or fix the Init script. I'll provide patches for this issue later this weekend. Created attachment 259041 [details, diff]

All I did was removing the exec call from /usr/sbin/ts3server which seemed to cause the crash. In my opinion it is not necessary to use exec, since this script will mainly be called by the init.d script which uses start-stop-daemon and even if it is called via shell a new thread will be spawned.
