failed 100% of test but it sent by automatic report

works on amd64

The tests are failing because ffmpeg complains about invalid dts/pts combination in the test movie. The extension works fine on other movies I tested on.

I added RESTRICT="test" since the tests are broken and so that you do not have to be bothered with the interactive tests.
