I installed Bundle::InterchangeKitchenSink with g-cpan, but there were a few problems:

1. It installed perl-gcpan/OLE-Storage-Lite as well as dev-perl/OLE-StorageLite.

2. It failed to download the distfile for perl-gcpan/OLE-Storage-Lite because it was trying to download OLE-Storage-Lite-0.19.tar.gz instead of OLE-Storage-Lite_0.19.tar.gz.  Downloading the file manually and renaming it works.

3. It tried to install perl-gcpan/Image-Size and dev-perl/ImageSize.

4. Several file collisions were detected:

4a. dev-perl/ImageSize (numerous files)

4b. dev-perl/Archive-Zip (/usr/bin/crc32)

4c. perl-gcpan/IO-Stty (/usr/bin/stty.pl)

4d. dev-perl/Spreadsheet-WriteExcel (/usr/bin/chartex)

1-3 are fixed in the new upcoming 0.16.4 g-cpan.
- "_" was breaking some matching (fixed in 0.16.3, covers OLE-Storage-Lite)
- The name mapping code only worked for the first pass due to a positioning bug (covers OLE-Storage-Lite, Image-Size)

I can't reproduce any of your file collisions. Please retest with the new 0.16.4 and provided detailed collision information in new bugs.
