2010-07-03 is a date of release latest stable gnome-chemistry-utils-0.12.3

patch against current gchemutils-0.10.12.ebuild
Note goffice is no longer required to be 0.6.
I could not get the developer's series gchemutils-0.13 to build, with some goffice problems.

I wrote an ebuild and created patch. Tested on gentoo x86 - works fine.
