Hey guys. I believe you handle the XML check each time someone tries to push to CVS.

With neysx's retirement, and my stepping up as GDP lead, the text needs to be changed from "contact neysx" to "contact nightmorph".

how about changed to "file a bug" so it doens't need to be updated again in the future
