cctbx-2010.03.29.2334-r3.ebuild.patch
There is something wrong with cctbx. But it is not just the header files which suck. Need to figure out the rest too. (In reply to comment #2) > There is something wrong with cctbx. But it is not just the header files which > suck. Need to figure out the rest too. > cctbx does dump a lot of stuff into the python sitedir. However, this patch does let pointless compile. I just rebuilt my tree using gcc 4.5.1 (~3200 packages, including most of sci-chemistry, sci-biology and a fair fraction of the science, molmod, and dberkholz overlays) with remarkably few problems. This was one of them. commit a57dee12f49e88bf428e6a5e5bd68ce2b6398b13 Author: Matt Turner <mattst88@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2019-08-10 06:03:36 +0200 Commit: Matt Turner <mattst88@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2019-08-10 06:05:37 +0200 sci-libs/cctbx: Remove Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/639760 Signed-off-by: Matt Turner <mattst88@gentoo.org> |
