Suggested ebuild for OpenVPN release 1.5.0.  ebuild would fix bug 27966.  Includes patches to openvpn.init and to add "tcp-retry" option (option addresses over-aggressive TCP client connect retries).

Improved startup script

I did - what I think - some improvements to the standard openvpn startup
script.  Please review and consider it for inclusion into a new ebuild.
