Patch from rsyslog-5.4.0 to rsyslog-5.6.0
I also pushed the complete ebuild to scarabeus overlay for testing. Tested successfully on ~x86 and ~amd64 on my part. @Nebojsa Trpkovic : about 5.7.2(devel) or 6.1.2(devel) in ~arch, I agree and we will definitely have them once we take over the rsyslog ebuild caretaking with dev-zero approval. A bit more patience please and thanks for pointing this out.
