Same as here on gentoo ppc. A discussion in the kernel mailing list is: http://lkml.org/lkml/2010/8/2/117 patch is: http://www.kernel.org/diff/diffview.cgi?file=%2Fpub%2Flinux%2Fkernel%2Fv2.6%2Fpatch-2.6.36.bz2;z=2150 It seems that all the kernels before 2.6.36 are affected by this GNU Make intentional breakage. added to 2.6.35 w/out revbump http://sources.gentoo.org/gentoo/src/patchsets/gentoo-headers/2.6.35/0009-powerpc-fix-build-with-make-3.82.patch?rev=1.1 |
