Updating to usbutils-0.91 results in configure error:
configure: error: in `/var/tmp/portage/sys-apps/usbutils-0.91/work/usbutils-0.91/usbhid-dump':
configure: error: libusb is required, but was not found, abort.
                     Try installing libusb-1.0-0-dev package.

Emerging libusb:1 fixes the problem.
