I'm using stager to build ppc stages. The stages are built perfectly, however there is an issue with the stage1: On each emerge it says: 

[foo.ebuild] /sbin/depscan.sh: no such file or directory

I think I can trace this problem down to baselayout, no longer installing despcan and friends when build/bootstrap useflag is enabled. Is this a cosmetic issue?

this seems to be a multi-arch issue. Is it still relevant?
