Icons in folder view do not resists at their place, if something in the desktop folder changes. This should be fixed in KDE 4.5.3 as described at: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=227157

I've created a patch for 4.5.2, based on the fixed file for 4.5.3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set folderview to unsorted
2. Copy a new file to the desktop folder

Actual Results:  
Icons get rearranged

Expected Results:  
Icons stay at their positions

Obviously fixed in 4.5.3. :)
