Also, the "errors" in the plugin report are normal and nonfatal, just an overly alarming way of stating that a prerequisite for an optional plugin is not available so it won't be built. I had a newer version of auto* tools installed when I attemped to install f.d.o's Xserver, installing the stable auto* tools in portage fixed the problem. |
