Spice-0.6.3 doesn't merget witout x11-libs/libXfixes package.




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="gui" emerge -av spice 


Actual Results:  
[ebuild     U ] app-emulation/spice-0.6.3 [0.5.3] USE="gui -static-libs (-opengl%)" 1,184 kB
