Bug 341981 – net-mail/pop-before-smtp-1.41: Missing dependency on perl[berkdb]

With a fresh install of Gentoo32  net-mail/pop-before-smtp-1.41 complained about missing  DB_File.pm in @INC 
I had "-berkdb" in make.conf.
After adding USE=berkdb to dev-lang/perl everything works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do a fresh install
2. emerge  net-mail/pop-before-smtp-1.41
3. /etc/init.d/pop-before-smtp start

Actual Results:  
 * Starting pop-before-smtp ...
Can't locate DB_File.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/sbin/pop-before-smtp line 169.
