boa -c ServerRoot allows the user to change the ServerRoot when boa is started.
 This patch is for /etc/init.d/boa.  There is also a new /etc/conf.d/boa.

Sorry about the delay in getting to this.  Seems that our boa maintainer has disappeared on us.

I've added your changes into boa-0.99.13-r1.ebuild.  Could you test this please, and let me know if they work for you?
